6 Days Tanzania Luxury Safari allows you to explore Tanzania’s most stunning wilderness areas and some of nature’s most incredible wildlife spectacles in style. On arrival at Kilimanjaro international airport meet our representative & transfer to Mount Meru hotel in Arusha. Later our safari manager will come for a detailed safari briefing before living you to enjoy the lodge’s facilities & the nice weather of Arusha town.
After breakfast at your lodge, we take you to Tarangire National park. The driving is along Masai step & across many villages all the way to the park gate. Tarangire is popular for its larger elephant population & some big cats which include lions & leopards other predators like cheetahs, hyenas & jackals can also be seen. You can also expect to spot herds of buffalo, giraffe, wildebeest, zebra, warthog & the three rare animal species of fringed-eared Oryx, Great Kudu & The Ash staling. Late afternoon drive to Ngorongoro Coffee Lodge for dinner & overnight. On the way, you will have a brief stop at the edge of The Great East African Rift Valley for a sunset watch & nice views of Lake Manyara & its forest before driving to the lodge.
After breakfast you will be heading to the wild rich Serengeti National Park, the driving is via the beautiful high lying farmland of Karatu & across Ngorongoro Conservation Area. You will stop at Ngorongoro gate for registration before driving up to the Crater viewpoint where you will have a brief stop for great views of the crater floor from the rim before diving around the Crater rim & down to the vast Serengeti plains. Reach Naabi Hills gate for registration during lunch time & proceed to the Kopjes (Rocky Outcropping) where you can have your packed lunch before driving to the central Serengeti area called Seronera for a sunset game drive. Seronera is the richest wildlife habitat in the park featuring Seronera River one of the valuable water source in Serengeti hence attracts a large number of animals which include herds of elephant, buffalo, giraffe, warthog, & the Great Wildebeest Migration herds which includes wildebeest, zebra, & the gazelles. Big cats & other predators can always be seen wandering in the endless rolling plains of the mightier Serengeti National park, you may expect to sport lions, cheetahs, hyenas, leopards & Jackals. Late afternoon drive to Kubukubu Tented Lodge for dinner & overnight.
On this day if you wish as early as 06:30 am with a packed breakfast box & lunch box, we take you for an early morning game drive in the vast Serengeti Plains. Early morning game drive can allow you to spot cat families on the road as they try to avoid morning mist. You may also see other nocturnal predators returning back from their long night of hunting or a group of lionesses organizing a morning ambush. After breaking for breakfast in the bush before following the Great Wildebeest Migration (depending on travel dates). Spend time with the migration herds while anticipating seeing some animal actions like fighting, hunting, eating even killing. In the afternoon drive back to the lodge for sunset watch dinner & overnight.
On this day you will do the morning then back to the lodge for early hot lunch before starting your way toward the Ngorongoro Conservation area. Arrive at Ngorongoro Serena Lodge for sunset watch dinner & overnight.
On this day after an early breakfast descends over 600 meters into the Crater floor for a wonderful game drive. Ngorongoro crater was formed some 3 million years ago due to some internal forces under the earth’s crust. The eruption left a caldera of about 12 miles wide & walls of over 600 meters. Enough drinking water & fodder at the crater floor supports a big number of wildlife. You will also visit Lake Magadi a larger but shallow alkaline lake at the Southeast corner of the Crater frequently visited by hippos & many aquatic birds. Late afternoon drive out & to Lake Manyara Serena Lodge at the edge of the Great East African Rift Valley for sunset watch dinner & overnight
After breakfast at your lodge depart for Lake Manyara National Park. Lake at a dramatic location is a small but beautiful park in Northern Tanzania endowed with lots of underground water streams that flow to the Lake. Tree-climbing lion & larger flocks of flamingos are among the highlights of this park. Varied & overlapping habitats in this park attract a larger number of animals which include the African elephant, buffalo, wildebeest, zebra, giraffe, warthog & others, apart from tree-climbing lions you can also spot leopard, cheetahs, hyenas & jackals. In the afternoon drive out & back to Arusha airport ARK to catch your flight to Zanzibar Island or to Kilimanjaro airport JRO to catch your flight back home.
