Gombe was made famous by British primatologist Jane Goodall, who 1960 founded a research project that is still in operation today. The matriarch Fifi, the last surviving member of the original community who was only 3 years old when Goodall first arrived at Gombe is still regularly seen by visitors to the park. Each day you will trek into the forest to observe these animated primates at play. You will find the experience both educational and moving, and you will be enthralled by their behavior and human-like traits. You will also get the chance to swim in Lake Tanganyika and observe the colorful cichlids before departing by traditional dhow boat as you make your way back to Kigoma and your flight to Arusha
Pick up from your hotel in Dar Es Salaam and drives to Mikumi National Park for a game spot in the park that landscape sometimes is compared to that of Serengeti as it comprises of alluvial plain derived from the Mkata river basin and the other part of the park is the vegetation which consists of savannah dotted with baobab, tamarinds, and acacia.
The game continues in the park with a great chance of seeing a tree climbing lions, elephants, zebras, impala, eland, kudu, black antelope, baboons, wildebeests and buffaloes, and giraffes, later in the day drive to the camp

More game drive in Mikumi National Park in one of the most protected and friendly environments with the superfluous of two artificial hippo pools. Later in the evening drive to the camp for dinner and an overnight stay
After breakfast drive to Udzungwa National park for the trek in the largest and most bio-diverse with some of the large forest-swathed mountains, climbing to overview the Sanje waterfall through the forest trails. Spend almost the whole day in the park which is believed to accommodate some species such as Iringa red colobus and Sanje Crested Mangabey that cannot be found now where in the world.
